PRIVATE KNOWLEDGE & WORKFLOW AI

Your knowledge.
Your intelligence.
Your control.

Bring AI to the information your organization already trusts. Internal search and useful assistants, designed for your people, permissions, and environment.

01 / MAKE KNOWLEDGE USEFUL

The answer may already
be inside your organization.

Across policies, manuals, project files, and years of accumulated work. IAkooB helps you design a dependable path to that information.

02 / A SMALL EXAMPLE

Ask your knowledge.
See where the answer comes from.

This browser-local demonstration uses a fictional company handbook. It performs a small, predefined search, without live AI inference. Nothing you enter is sent to a model.

03 / CONTROL IS A DESIGN DECISION

Private AI needs
more than a
private model.

Useful enterprise AI is a system: sources, identity, infrastructure, evaluation, and the people responsible for operating it.

01

Deployment you choose

On-premises or within your cloud account, selected around your infrastructure, skills, and constraints.

02

Explicit data boundaries

Agree approved sources, model endpoints, logging, retention, and any permitted external services.

03

Access that follows the user

Plan source permissions and retrieval controls, rather than assuming everyone can see everything.

04

Evaluation before expansion

Test realistic questions, source accuracy, refusal behavior, and failure cases before widening use.

05

An operating plan

Define updates, backups, monitoring, incident ownership, and the support your team needs.

04 / YOUR ENVIRONMENT

Choose where
your intelligence lives.

The right deployment follows the workload and the organization. We assess the tradeoffs before recommending hardware or a platform.

On your infrastructure

A locally hosted system for organizations with suitable compute, administration, and a strong reason to keep processing inside their network.

  • Hardware and capacity planning
  • Internal network and identity integration
  • Model and dependency update plan
PLAN FOR Hardware investment, operational ownership, and model capacity.

In your cloud account

A deployment in an environment your organization controls, with agreed services, regions, network access, and operating responsibilities.

  • Customer-owned infrastructure accounts
  • Network and data-residency requirements
  • Transparent recurring service costs
PLAN FOR Cloud charges, provider dependencies, and configuration responsibility.

A deployment location alone does not establish privacy, security, data residency, or regulatory compliance. Those depend on the complete implementation and its operation.

05 / START WITH A REAL WORKFLOW

One useful assistant.
Then the next.

01

Internal operations

Help staff find procedures, prepare routine responses, and navigate organizational knowledge.

02

Professional teams

Explore approved document collections, compare materials, and draft work for expert review.

03

Healthcare administration

Consider scoped, nonclinical policy and administrative workflows with appropriate access and review.

Healthcare work requires a separate assessment of jurisdiction, data, contracts, and controls. IAkooB does not promise automatic HIPAA compliance or clinical decision-making capability.

06 / A PRACTICAL PATH

Prove the value.
Build the foundation.

01

Assess

Choose a workflow. Review sources, access requirements, infrastructure, and success criteria.

OUTPUT: FEASIBILITY & PILOT PLAN
02

Pilot

Integrate a bounded source set, configure an assistant, and evaluate it with representative questions.

OUTPUT: A MEASURABLE, LIMITED TRIAL
03

Operationalize

Agree production controls, ownership, documentation, support, and a deliberate rollout.

OUTPUT: A SYSTEM YOUR TEAM CAN RUN
07 / START WITH A DEFINED SCOPE

A clear investment.
A useful first step.

All prices are in USD, before applicable taxes.
Final scope and pricing are confirmed in a written proposal.

UNDERSTAND THE FIT

Readiness assessment

from $1,500

A practical starting point before you buy infrastructure or commit to a platform.

  • Workflow and requirements workshop
  • Source, access, and infrastructure review
  • Initial risk and feasibility assessment
  • Recommended pilot scope and success criteria

One agreed workflow, a requirements workshop, and a written recommendation. Implementation, hardware, formal audits, and legal advice are separate.

BUILD FOR OPERATIONS

Production deployment

Quoted to scope

A production plan shaped around your environment, operating model, and requirements.

  • Production architecture and rollout plan
  • Agreed identity and source integrations
  • Deployment and operating documentation
  • Handover and support arrangement

Availability, response targets, advanced integrations, and assurance requirements are defined in the proposal.

Keep the system useful.

Optional ongoing support for agreed updates, monitoring reviews, evaluation, and troubleshooting. Included capacity and response expectations are set in the support agreement.

08 / QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

Before we
bring AI inside.

Is IAkooB a ready-to-use software subscription?

IAkooB is currently offered as an assessment, implementation, and support service. Your system is scoped around your use case and environment. The demonstration on this website is illustrative and is not a live production product.

Will our information leave our environment?

The design can keep processing within an agreed environment. Actual data flows depend on the chosen models, connectors, infrastructure, telemetry, and support arrangements. These are documented and agreed during scoping.

Can we use our existing hardware or cloud account?

Often, subject to an assessment of workload, capacity, access, and administration. We first review what you have and what it needs to support, then recommend a deployment approach.

Does private AI eliminate inaccurate answers?

No. Models and retrieval systems can still produce incomplete or inaccurate outputs. Source references, representative evaluations, appropriate refusals, and human review help manage those limitations.

Is it suitable for hospitals and healthcare teams?

Potentially for a carefully scoped, nonclinical workflow. Healthcare engagements require a separate assessment of applicable law, sensitive information, permissions, contracts, and operational controls. This service does not automatically establish HIPAA or other compliance.

What about hardware and running costs?

Hardware, hosting, storage, model licensing, and other third-party charges are separate unless explicitly included in your proposal. We identify expected operating costs before a deployment is agreed.

Where does the name come from?

IAkooB is “BookAI” in reverse: a small nod to the knowledge already inside your organization. The open-book and pen mark reflects that connection.

THE SHORT VERSION

IAkooB, at a glance.

IAkooB is a private AI assessment, implementation, and support service operated by Kshathra Technologies Inc., Canada. It helps organizations plan internal document search and workflow assistants on-premises or in a customer-controlled cloud account. Readiness assessments start at $1,500 USD, private AI pilots at $7,500 USD, and optional support at $750 USD per month. Production deployments are quoted to scope. Hardware, hosting, model licensing, and other third-party costs are separate unless included in a written proposal. The website demonstration uses fictional content and predefined browser-local responses. It is not a live AI product or production authorization system. Contact: behkish.nz@outlook.com.
